Bob Ross conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Call for opens:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 23 AUG 2022 meeting were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to approve
the minutes. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


AR review:
 - Weston did not complete review and collate the quality checklist, specification, and
   parser messages related to [Pin Mapping] and package models.
 - Bob did submit a bug report for BUG236 regarding terminal list order for 
   ISS file reference.
 - Bob did ask Michael Mirmak if the security issue is still a high priority 
   for Intel and what we might do with that issue.


New ARs:
 - Weston will send out a rough version of the quality checklist spreadsheet for comment.
 - Weston will research which of new level 4 checks are already done by ibischk.
 - Bob will send link to Weston for souce code and QA models.
 - Bob will send the IBIS-AMI model package to his list of EDA simulator representatives.


NEW ITEMS:

Bob submitted bug reports for BUG235 and BUG236. BUG235 is about the [C comp model] keyword. BUG236 is about the last terminal of an ISS file reference doesn't have to be reference terminal.

Weston commented that he has updated the IBIS quality spreadsheet with the power-aware quality topics that the task group has discussed. He will send the spreadsheet to the email list for review and comment.

Bob has received an IBIS-AMI model to review. He will forward the files to the EDA vendor representatives who have agreed to review IBIS models.

The BUG227 (root_name check) action is deferred until some other action on IBIS spec 7.2. Randy thinks the BIRD for this was already approved by the open forum.
